You have to have those long periods when you dont look in the phone. Phones are causing you to feel depressed. You will realize that when you spend longer time without it. You will start feeling better, your focus will be stronger, you will be more in a present moment. You will get inspiration to do things, to be productive. You will start looking for things in real life that stimulates you instead of screen.
